I jumped into a pool with my knee locked and i jammed my knee. it hurt bad the week after.? - jammed knee

can not hurt but now it's like playing basketball with much.now a little pain, but it is very painful afterwards. Has anyone tips or exercises to my knees stronger? Thanks
